Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assist with the creative development of Onixlink.com campaigns
- Assist with the creative development of Onixlink.com printed collateral
- Adhere to the Onixlink.com branding guidelines as communicated by Company
- Work with internal clients and vendors to design marketing pieces and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Support the Creative Service Department with special projects as needed
- Help maintain archival media and sample libraries
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Junior/Senior in Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism, or related major
- Creative thinking and ability to work with a sense of urgency is required
- Must be capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Must possess excellent writing and communication skills
- Flexible schedule to include working nights and weekends (20hrs per week)
- Must be proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
- Eager to learn
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in e-marketing campaigns and creating electronic newsletters
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator required
• Strong design and organizational skills necessary
- A portfolio outlining print and web work preferred
