Regional Account Sales Manager- (Commission Only)

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Procurement of new sales leads under the direction of the VP Sales and Marketing
  • Develop partnerships and new business relationships
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to grow our client base.
  • Generate new business through proactive outbound sales.
  • Maintain relationships by scheduling client visits.Covering key agencies and clients in one of the following regions: North, South, East, West as specified by the VP of Sales and Marketing.
  • Understanding each prospect’s marketing objectives, competitors and how Onixlink.com can help achieve their goals
  • Building, refining and updating a pipeline of prospects
  • Acquiring new clients, growing revenue of existing clients, and owning the customer relationship
  • Effectively managing the pipeline and closing the expected number of deals
  • Meet and exceed specified sales goals

 

You will be assigned a number of agencies in large markets with the purpose of cold calling, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing all revenue opportunities across Onixlink.com

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA/BS Degree
  • Overall Experience: 3+ years in online advertising sales
  • Strong Contacts and relationships with top agencies
  • Proven Track Record in over-achieving quarterly and annual quota
  • Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • A leading work ethic and a competitive instinct to win
  • Some travel required
  • 5+  years of field sales experience
  • Solid transactional sales experience
  • Must be willing to travel and cover assigned market territory
  • Must be disciplined and a self-starter
  • Must have good organizational and time management skills
  • Must be responsible for achievement of revenue goals with assigned accounts(within a defined geographical )
  • Business to Business sales
  • Building long-term customer relationships
