Responsibilities:
- Procurement of new sales leads under the direction of the VP Sales and Marketing
- Develop partnerships and new business relationships
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to grow our client base.
- Generate new business through proactive outbound sales.
- Maintain relationships by scheduling client visits.Covering key agencies and clients in one of the following regions: North, South, East, West as specified by the VP of Sales and Marketing.
- Understanding each prospect’s marketing objectives, competitors and how Onixlink.com can help achieve their goals
- Building, refining and updating a pipeline of prospects
- Acquiring new clients, growing revenue of existing clients, and owning the customer relationship
- Effectively managing the pipeline and closing the expected number of deals
- Meet and exceed specified sales goals
You will be assigned a number of agencies in large markets with the purpose of cold calling, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing all revenue opportunities across Onixlink.com
Qualifications:
- Education: BA/BS Degree
- Overall Experience: 3+ years in online advertising sales
- Strong Contacts and relationships with top agencies
- Proven Track Record in over-achieving quarterly and annual quota
- Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A leading work ethic and a competitive instinct to win
- Some travel required
- 5+ years of field sales experience
- Solid transactional sales experience
- Must be willing to travel and cover assigned market territory
- Must be disciplined and a self-starter
- Must have good organizational and time management skills
- Must be responsible for achievement of revenue goals with assigned accounts(within a defined geographical )
- Business to Business sales
- Building long-term customer relationships
